SCA Roasting Beginner/Intermediate Certification Course

Green beans contain 300 aroma precursors, yet after the aroma of the beans has been brought out by roasting, they produce more than 800 flavor substances. Coffee is the most content-rich drink in the world and coffee roasting is the most important flavor-producing link in the coffee industry chain.

Learn the basic principles of coffee roasting during this four-day course. Topics will range from the roaster structure, mastering stages of development, analysis of roast timing and curves, analyzing roast defects through coffee cupping.
