Cuisinart Coffee Maker

Cuisinart coffee machines are incredibly high quality, very durable and make great coffee.
These coffee machines also look exceptionally stylish, and will make your kitchen look so glamorous!

However, the most important thing about any coffee maker is its ease of use and the quality of coffee it
makes – and a Cuisinart coffee maker scores high on both those counts.
Cuisinart coffee makers are also much less expensive than their counterparts, the
Bunn coffee
maker, Capresso coffee maker and other specialty espresso coffee makers such as
DeLonghi and La Pavoni. A coffee maker that doesn’t hurt your wallet is always great.
In addition, Cuisinart coffee machines are made using stainless steel. There are no
breakable plastic parts inside, nothing that will give your coffee that horrible plastic-y smell that some other
cheaper coffee makers do. If you want great tasting coffee, you can’t go past a Cuisinart coffee maker.
There are two types of Cuisinart coffee maker that are popular with customers: the Cuisinart Grind and Brew coffee
makers, which are basically a bean to cup coffee machine in that it will
grind the coffee beans and brew them at once; and the Cuisinart Brew Central coffee makers, which will brew ground
beans.
Both these Cuisinart coffee makers are exception. The Cuisinart Brew Central is the best automatic coffee maker
out there today, while the Cuisinart Grind and Brew is one of the only two bean-to-cup coffee makers that we
recommend (the other being the Capresso Coffee Team).
Cuisinart Brew Central

The Cuisinart Brew Central coffee makers are the basic Cuisinart coffee machines – they’ll get the job done
efficiently, but they won’t grind your beans for you. If you prefer to buy grinds or grind beans manually, this
is the machine for you.
Many coffee aficionados believe that grounding coffee beans in a dedicated coffee grinder is best; many people
feel they save money and time by buying pre-ground coffee beans – the Cuisinart Brew Central is for both these
types of coffee drinkers.
The Cuisinart Brew Central machines also cost less than the Cuisinart Grind and Brew machines, so you can save
a bit of money by opting for a Brew Central.
Some of the reasons why coffee lovers adore their Cuisinart coffee maker include:
- Brew-pause function: you can set the coffee maker to make 1 – 4 cups, instead of the regular 10 – 14
(depending on which model you purchase). This is a very useful feature if you tend to regularly make a few cups
of coffee, maybe just for yourself or you and your partner. It’s also handy in the morning when you just want
to make one cup of coffee, instead of waiting for 10 cups to be brewed!
- Heater plate with adjustable temperature settings, to keep your coffee warm at the perfect
temperature.
- Great water quality. About 98% of coffee consists of water, so you really need great water quality – that’s
why many baristas will only use filtered water for home brewing. Well, the Cuisinart coffee maker will ensure
that your water is of great quality. All Cuisinart coffee machines are equipped with a charcoal water filter to
eliminate chlorine and other odors which are always present in tap water.
- Programmable timer: this allows you to automatically start your coffee, which is especially useful for
early mornings when you’re in a rush to get out the door. When used, the programmable 24-hour clock/timer will
have your coffee ready for you on the dot.
The brewing process is fast and efficient. However, one downside of the Cuisinart coffee maker is that it is
quite tall – at 16.3 inches, you may have some difficulty fitting it under your cabinets if they are set low above
the counter-top. Personally, I would advise you to measure the space available above your counter-top before
purchasing, so that you are not disappointed later on.
The Brew Central machines operate in the same way and are differentiated by size, according to how many cups of
coffee they make. The different machines are:
- 10 cups (DCC 1400),
- 12 cups (the Brew Central DCC 1200),
- 14 cups (The Cuisinart Brew Central DCC 2200 and DCC 2600).
The most popular models at this moment seem to be the Cuisinart DCC 1200 and the Cuisinart DCC 2600.

well-known retailers.
Cuisinart Grind and Brew Coffee Maker

The Cuisinart Grind and Brew Coffee Maker has all the features of the Cuisinart Brew Central machines – it will
brew your coffee perfectly and has all the bells and whistles you may have grown accustomed to with the Cuisinart
Brew Central Machines. It has an automatic timer, brew-press function, heater plate, water filters… on top of all
that, it has a grinder attached.
It is one of the few exceptional bean to cup coffee makers available, and it performs both grinding and brewing
functions perfectly.
So to recap, in addition to the grinder, you get the following features:
- Brew-pause function: you can set the coffee maker to make 1 – 4 cups, instead of the regular 10 – 14
(depending on which model you purchase). This is a very useful feature if you tend to regularly make a few cups
of coffee, maybe just for yourself or you and your partner. It’s also handy in the morning when you just want
to make one cup of coffee, instead of waiting for 10 cups to be brewed!
- Heater plate with adjustable temperature settings, to keep your coffee warm at the perfect
temperature.

why many baristas will only use filtered water for home brewing. Well, the Cuisinart coffee maker will ensure

early mornings when you’re in a rush to get out the door. When used, the programmable 24-hour clock/timer will
have your coffee ready for you on the dot.
The fact that the Cuisinart Grind and Brew is a bean to cup machine makes it a favorite with coffee aficionados.
Any coffee lover knows that ground coffee does not stay fresh for very long, and ideally, you should grind the
coffee beans and then immediately make your coffee; however, it’s not always practical to grind and brew – unless
you own the Cuisinart Grind and Brew! Read 1050+ customer reviews - Click Here
