COURSE DESCRIPTION
The legend of Coffee starts with the story of an Ethiopian shepherd who saw sheeps eating coffee beans and becoming energetic. In the American colonies, coffee was popularized due to the harsh tea tax that England inflicted upon and Americans boycotting tea. The resulting boycott of team helped coffee become the national drink of the American people.
