GREEN BEAN COURSE
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Red and ripe coffee cherries transform into green coffee beans after handling by coffee farmers through processing. Through each beans’ appropriate processing method, the beans are able to tell their own unique "aroma story,’ so coffee farmers need to produce high-quality green beans to ensure that the glory of that aroma story will remain untarnished.
