Sensory Forum, A Coffee Science Event, is a two-day series of lectures aimed at the coffee professional. We’ll go into depth on the sensory science behind the SCA Flavor wheel, understand the flavor implications of genetics and varieties in coffee, get access to the latest outputs from SCA’s partnerships with research universities, learn about the latest sensory science and chemistry in cold brewed coffee, understand the neuroscience of sensory perception, and much more. Every lecture will feature a hands-on sensory experience, and attendees will have a chance to experience coffee science firsthand.
